Armed with your style preferences and wardrobe needs, we pick 5 pieces to meet your fit, career, style and budget. We charge a $20 style fee which is credited back to you depending on how many items you keep.
3 - Keep What You Love
Return the rest. We aim to be 5-for-5 (over-achievers!) The more we get to know you, the easier it will be to send only pieces you love.
Boxes will have five items in them. There will be five items of clothing, or four items of clothing and one accessory such as a scarf or piece of jewelry.
Since our members have different styles and are at different stages of life (from the girl just starting to interview to the seasoned career woman to the executive-of-the-household mom), we carry a wide range of items. We have pieces for business casual offices as well as professional offices. Most of our items can be transitioned into weekend and evening wear as well.
Yes. You can cancel our service any time with no further obligation.
Please note, we will never send you a new box without first sending you an e-mail to notify you that we are scheduled to style a new box for you. You can skip a month or cancel the service completely by sending us a comment from that e-mail. You can also send an e-mail at any time to support@suitableyou.com to inform us that you want to skip a month or cancel the service. We never want to lose a member, but we promise that if you want to skip a month or cancel the service it will not be a hassle.
Yes! You are never locked into receiving a monthly box. A week before your next box is scheduled to be styled, a reminder email will be sent to you, and you will see an option to skip when you login to your SuitableYou account. You can also send an e-mail to your stylist at stylist@suitableyou.com, or let us know via our “Contact Us” page that you want to skip a month at any time.
We hope to get it right every time, but if you’re not happy with your order returns are simple and free. Just drop the items in the return shipping bag with the pre-paid label that is included in your box and put that in any mailbox or take to any US Postal Office. Put the shipping bag in the mail within 4 days (if your 4th day lands on a Sunday or Holiday, please send it the following business day).
Returns must be sent 4 days after you receive your package. If your return has not been postmarked within 4 days of receipt, we assume that you are keeping all five items and you’ll be charged for the whole box. Not to worry, we’ll send you email reminders when returns are almost due. If there is a reason you will not be able to ship your returns within 4 days please e-mail us at support@suitableyou.com to explain your situation and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 2. You will see an option to checkout, which will take you to our begin checkout page. You’ll then be able to see the pieces you received. Let us know which ones you’re keeping, and which (if any) are coming back to us. For each item please complete the feedback questions. Feel free to leave a comment for your stylist with any special requests or notes.

You can redeem your gift card at the time of check out by applying your gift card code when prompted. You must be a member of SuitableYou to apply a gift card. If you’re not already a member, click www.suitableyou.com/gift_card to get started.
No. Your gift card does not have an expiration date or any fees attached to it.
You have two options for giving a SuitableYou gift card.
1. You can send a gift card via email (you select the date and time for delivery).
2. You can opt for a printable version, which we email to you and you give to the recipient.
You can check your balance by visiting www.suitableyou.com/gift_card where you can enter your gift card number. If you are a SuitableYou member, you can also login, visit Your Account and use the gift card section to check your balance.
