Like almost all our friends and co-workers—OK, everyone we know—we found the transition from college life to office life, well, shocking. From interviewing and navigating the early days of a first job to asking for a raise, packing for a business trip, or switching jobs—it was all enough to make our heads spin. And that’s before we realized that in addition to crushing it at work, we had to also figure out how to balance friends, family and dating. Oh and what to wear while doing all that?...
Which brings us to a recurring topic of conversation among girlfriends and rosé: Why is it so hard to find office-appropriate, age-appropriate, stylish, affordable clothes to wear to work? What if there was a an easy way to build a wardrobe without going shopping, spending your entire paycheck and still getting that killer top for Saturday night and making your 401-K contribution?
So, we got to work and created SuitableYou.
We work to empower women because we believe that when you feel good and look good, you have more confidence to nail your interview, presentation, first day, and every other day. This is the mission behind every SuitableYou box.
We’re also committed to using our resources as a company to help support women that need assistance. We’re partnering with STRIVE, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women with barriers to re-enter the workforce. We’re excited and privileged for the opportunity to help other women by providing professional clothing and educational seminars.
